I will focus on identifying traumas or distressing memories, utilizing EMDR techniques interwoven with the calming influence of nature. This holistic approach allows us to process difficult emotions effectively, promoting resilience and well-being.

Psychedelic Prep & Intergration

$150/hr

Psychedelic preparation and integration sessions are designed to provide individuals with the tools and support necessary for a transformative experience with psychedelics. In preparation sessions, participants explore their intentions, set goals, and address any concerns, ensuring they approach the experience with clarity and purpose. Following the psychedelic experience, integration sessions offer a reflective space to process insights, emotions, and revelations that emerged during the journey. This holistic approach fosters a deeper understanding of the experience, enabling individuals to weave newfound wisdom into their daily lives.

Donation-based integration circles provide a unique environment where individuals can engage in the growth and exploration of altered states within a supportive container. Under the guidance of experienced professionals—including therapist Jo. These circles are mostly monthly. You do not need to have altered state experience to attend these circles.

This container is a place to share about altered states or simply share your curiosity about them. We do not distribute or know where to obtain psychedelics.
